OUR CLIENT is a small property company that manage commercial property in London and the Managing Director is looking for an Accounts Assistant to take responsibility for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

THE ROLE: The successful Property Accounts Assistant will be responsible for the following roles:

  • Weekly bank account reconciliations across the group companies.
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable: inputting vendor invoices and setting up the payment journals.
  • Responsible for Property Accounts Receivable: rent demands, processing rental income and sending the service charge and insurance recharges.
  • Responsible for Fashion Accounts Receivable: reconciling pay outs to customers, chasing wholesale payments and general inventory management.
  • Vendor/Customer relationship management.
  • Responsible for Project management: checking regularly on projects and reporting back to the MD.

THE PERSON: To apply for this role as a Property Accounts Assistant, you will:

  • Be happy to work in the office 5 days a week.
  • Good experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable duties.
