Tenants in severe arrears have fallen for the first time in more than a year, Templeton LPA Receivers says.

 

Tenants in arrears of more than two months fell 15.6% in the final quarter of last year on a quarterly basis. Severe arrears climbed on average by 10.8% in the previous four quarters.
