Retailers make rent demands

 

Big retailers that occupy a total of 1,600 shops are demanding landlords let them pay rents monthly rather than quarterly.

Clinton Cards, Accessorize, Monsoon and Sports Direct want the switch in payments to ease cash-flow pressures.
