Rightmove has reported confident sellers are increasing asking prices to the highest level yet seen in March.

 

The property website said sellers in England and Wales have raised prices to an average of £239,710 this month, up 1.7% on February and a record amount for this time of year. March 2008 held the previous record which was months before Lehman Brothers collapsed.
